Parking / For those driving:

Self-Parking located in the Visitors’ Parking Deck adjacent to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children (“B” on Campus Map).

Valet Parking located at the Main Entrance to Arnold Palmer Hospital (on Miller Street).

Parking will be validated with voucher.

Upon arriving to the main lobby of Arnold Palmer Hospital, you will be greeted by a hospital representative and given a special visitors badge.

Meeting Room/Virtual Information:

The meeting will be held in the Classrooms at Arnold Palmer Hospital.

Virtual attendance will be available and access information will be provided prior to the meeting for those who have indicated they will attend virtually.

Transportation Services:

Members who would like a private transportation option can schedule in advance with MCO Transfers. The owner is Newton Goncalez. Their current rate is $75 each way, to and from the Orlando Airport to the Orlando Health campus. This includes meet and greet services at the airport. Members should contact Mr. Goncalez directly to arrange.

Two hotels are near Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital campus (0.5 miles).  When making reservations, members should state they are “with Orlando Health” to secure the hospital’s rate.

For those staying at either of these two hotels, the hospital will provide campus shuttle service each day of the meeting with a designated pick-up time in the morning to bring to Arnold Palmer Hospital and will provide shuttle transport back to the hotel at the end of each meeting.

Special Notes

Senator Jason Brodeur will be joining us for the Thursday evening reception. The dinner following also will be an opportunity to congratulate Michael Aubin as he leaves Wolfson.

Please plan to have breakfast Friday at your hotel. Due to the meeting location, we will not provide breakfast at the hospital.

A courtesy shuttle from the hospital will be available for meeting participants on Sept. 8-9 at the following times and location:

September 8

2:30 pm – Pick-up @ Columbia St. hotels and transport to APH Miller St. Entrance (Meeting starts at 3:00 pm)

5:00 pm – Pick-up @ APH Miller St. Entrance and transport to Columbia St. hotels

5:30 pm – Pick up @ Columbia St. hotels and transport to Delaney’s Tavern (1315 S. Orange Ave. for 5:45 pm reception and 6:30 pm dinner)
